1. Only buy direct from the manufacturer! Don't buy from the middle man or person/company that is representing the manufacturer.
Anderson Teak is a teak patio furniture manufacturer which only deals to:

a. Importers

b. Owners of a resort, hotel, motel, country club, beach club, apartment complex, condominium, homeowner association, theme park, mall, restaurant, school, cruise ship and other public places.

c. Dealer, Designer, Drop-shipper and

d. Government project.

If you buy from a company in the United States, chances are you are buying from a middle-man company since Teak is not native to the states. Unlike us, we are a company headquartered in America that also owns the overseas manufacture.
 

2. Teak is not created equal! So many different qualities and prices are available when it comes to teak garden furniture, therefore, be careful when somebody offers cheap wood lest It might not be teakwood or an inferior duplicate. "Grade A" teakwood following a correct production process will create lifetime durability with a priceless cost.
 

3. Only buy from a company that has a representative office in the USA. Since teak wood is an Asian wood and not available in the USA, buyers should be careful when dealing with an overseas company when no legal representative is available. Our office in the States is not only a representative office but a Head Office which has the facility for marketing, customer service, workshop and warehousing. If you buy from a company here that doesn't have the power and control of the manufacturing process (which most of them are overseas and do not belong to them), then it is difficult for you to ask exactly what you need for. Unlike us, our head office is here in California and our manufacture is in Indonesia where the sources and best teak trees grown. We have 100% full control of the manufacturing process and legally, we are an US company.
