Love the variation in the wood grains of this very sturdy bench. Well packaged and all pieces arrived undamaged. Assembly required. Took a little perseverance to fit the pieces together as the joints were very tight (so tight that I didn't think they were going to go together.) Guess better to be tight than loose! My only disappointment is the wood is a little darker than I would have preferred (appears more red in the photo.) I don't see this as a defect but a characteristic of the wood. I'm using this indoors near other teak furniture with wood grain that are more red. Perhaps the color will change with time and a little polish.

Be sure to use gloves when working with the glue that is included - it is not water-based and is very difficult to clean off your hands
